How much initial share capital is required to start a limited liability company in Belgium (S.P.R.L./B.V.B.A.)?
€18,550. Two-thirds of this is required upon incorporation. If there are two shareholders, then one-third must be paid.
A business plan must be to hand, demonstrating how that initial share capital will support the company’s activities for at least two years. This plan must be notarised.
What education levels are required of directors?
